that's great. That's one think i have NEVER done..drink 8 glasses in one day. The most i've ever gotten is 6. And i cheat and count ALL liquids and still rarely get 6!
I've been really good about trying new things lately. Last night my son and i tried lychee nuts (yuck) and primrose (ok) for the first time. Every week we try at least one new food. This started for him because he was such a picky eater but i decided it would be good for me too. It's been really fun.
my positive is that a group of us went to a vietnamese restaurant for lunch for a friend's birthday. I've had viet food before and didn't like it but i went anyway. The food was delicious! Must have just been the restaurant that i had eaten at before. And it seemed fairly healthy. I had a wonderful chargroiled chickbreast with lemongrass over vermicelli rice noodles. I also tasted someones pad thai chicken and loved that too (although it probably wasn't as healthy).
