I "backslid" these past two weeks, no sparkpeople stuff, no exercise, thought I was watching what I ate, etc... & then I weighed myself over this past weekend. Not good. Gained two lbs. I got back on to Sparkpeople & read (& printed) quite a few motivating tales.
I worked out last night for the first time in 2 wks & I actually feel GOOD today. I guess my grumpies were a side-effect of not doing the things I have to do in order to become a healthier person. I'm tracking EVERYTHING I eat... including those lil "oh it's just a SMALL bite" snacks. Very educational.
Weighing myself was the kickstart in the glutes that I needed!! LOL!
