I am wanting to do the same thing. I think the best way to go about it is to follow the guidelines of either the Zone diet or the Paleo diet and track them on Sparkpeople. Personally, I know about how many calories I need to lose weight and feel good. It is really important that you factor in your exercise because Cross Fit is going to help you to burn a lot of calories. You should stay on the high end of the recommended calories in Sparkpeople and possible go slightly over. I would monitor it for a couple of weeks and see how it goes.
