2010 WINTER 5% CHALLENGE OVERVIEW - Race to FANTASTIC CITIES around the world
Welcome to the Winter 5% Challenge! Over the course of the next 8 weeks, we will work together to get fit, lose weight, and have fun along the way! The challenge will begin in December (start date TBA).
The Winter 5% Challenge has 3 components: exercise (“Race”), healthy lifestyle habits (“Living the Good Life”) and weight loss. Throughout the challenge, the teams compete in weekly races – you will help your team earn “miles” based on your exercise minutes each week. You earn a mile for each minute of exercise, so the more active you are, the further your team gets towards its destination. You record your exercise minutes on your team page. Each week we also have a 'Living the Good Life' challenge, such as eating our freggies.
