I rely on both my diet & supplements. I follow clean eating principals (this has changed me life) & while I know that I'm getting natural vitamins & minerals from my diet, I choose to take supplements to be sure I'm giving my body what it needs & for my muscles & bones because I lift pretty intensely in the gym 3 days a week .
I currently take:
* Multi Vitamin
* Vita C
* Calcium w/ D
* B Complex
* Evening Primrose Oil (Gamma Lineolic Acid)
* CLA (Conjugated Lineolic Acid)
** I also use protein powder
I'm not promoting or recommending these - we all have different needs. I'm just sharing w/ you what meets my needs. :)
