I take a multi vitamin, plus vitamin C everyday.
I double up on C when I feel like I'm getting sick.
I take a multivitamin and a calcium supplement, as I am concerned about osteoporosis when I am older. My grandmother has shrunk so much and has a lot of pain in her bones--I don't want to end up that way.
"For Yesterday is but a Dream,
And To-morrow is only a Vision;
But To-day well lived
Makes every Yesterday a Dream of Happiness,
And every To-morrow a Vision of Hope.
Look well therefore to this Day! "

I usually eat well enough to get everything in, but if I notice I'm not getting enough for the day, I'll take a multi-vitamin. I usually only end up taking them a couple of times a month though.
I also rely on clean eating, I take a multi vitamin, and after a strength training workout, I have a whey protein shake.
I rely on both my diet & supplements. I follow clean eating principals (this has changed me life) & while I know that I'm getting natural vitamins & minerals from my diet, I choose to take supplements to be sure I'm giving my body what it needs & for my muscles & bones because I lift pretty intensely in the gym 3 days a week .
I currently take:
* Multi Vitamin
* Vita C
* Calcium w/ D
* B Complex
* Evening Primrose Oil (Gamma Lineolic Acid)
* CLA (Conjugated Lineolic Acid)
** I also use protein powder
I'm not promoting or recommending these - we all have different needs. I'm just sharing w/ you what meets my needs. :)

I try to eat a well-balanced diet but when I notice that's not happening, I do take a multivitamin. I have other supplements such as magnesium, B Complex and C that I take only when I see my diet is lacking. It's too easy to get too much of them, which can be just as bad as not enough!
They say it is better to be poor and happy than rich and miserable, but how about a compromise like moderately rich and just moody?
Do you rely on diet to get what you need or do you take supplements?
