I did a walk uphill and the equivalent of 50+ push ups/lifts: I was laying out patchwork pieces on the floor for a new quilt. Bending and lifting my torso repeated times is, as DH pointed out, heavy lifting, LOL.
It's been a rough 8 weeks. But here I am. Back. Ready to take more steps towards getting healthy. I am in a time crunch this morning but I squeezed in a 35 minute workout. What have you done today to get closer towards your goal?
