I made warm quinoa added tomatoes (you can dice them or use cherry and cut in half), half of a cucumber skin off, and 1oz of feta cheese. Salt and Pepper. This is about 220 calories for 1 cup of quinoa and then 70 for 1oz of feta. I sometimes will split up my 600meal. It just depends on my day.
If you wanted to add calories, you could add more cheese, or grilled chicken to it.
when I was strictly following the 30 day plan my meals were generally 4 ounces of chicken breast or fish baked with sliced sweet onion and bell pepper, a giant salad of spinach, tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, radishes ,carrots and no salad dressing, and a double or triple portion of steamed fresh or frozen spinach or cauliflower or green beans or zucchini or yellow squash with no butter or sauce. It was spartan and filling......since that didn't come anywhere near 600 calories I could have a small apple mid afternoon and oatmeal and homemade (no sugar added) applesauce.

For those on the 30 day cleanse, you know how difficult it can be at times to create 600 calorie meals that contain no processed foods, no preservatives, dairy, butter/oil. I thought it would be fun to share some recipes. Here are some of the things I prepared so far:
Grilled Chicken marinated in fresh orange juice with ginger served with mixed vegetables also cooked with OJ and ginger (added some crushed red pepper).
Salsa: fresh diced mango, pineapple, cucumber, tomato, red onion and cilantro (serve with grilled salmon). This is my favorite salsa. I'll never buy jarred salsa again.
Quinoa and black beans with sauteed scallions and garlic (used 1 Tsp olive oil but made a big batch)
