Hi everyoneI was thinking can we join together to do challenges together. E.g. 1. a page set up for active members who want to comitt to say x amount of minutes per month to exercise. 2. A 5lb goal loss per month. Who wouldn't want to lose 15 lbs by Christmas? 3. An inspirational quote page. Just ideas I'm throwing out. I see the group used to be active, why can't we try again? While I'm saying all this I'm doing this on my phone. No home internet yet.

Please do not close this group..I have been on and off Spark People for about five years and was looking for a group or community of Caribbean people and finally found you guys today. YAY. How can I help to keep things going....I am usually online most of the day since my business is online...I would be happy to assist with posts etc.

Hi All! I too have been delinquent...just now logging in for the first time in many months! (I've maintained my healthy weight, but I never hit my original goal weight and I do miss using the food tracker and seeing all the motivational SparkPages!).
Re: bumping up member participation, maybe group challenges could get us going...or, as we all live in such beautiful places, a photo challenge, where we share one photo of what we did outdoors for that week...or the great 'healthified' versions of Caribbean dishes we've created. Any other ideas?

PS - Can anyone tell me how to fix my ticker?? I entered my info in pounds (start: 136, goal; 125) but it's showing the weight as 130 kilograms!

Historically this group has had periods of inactivity. That's how I came to be the leader. Previous leader let it go dormant. We had a good stretch of a few years, just not sure why there is no activity here now. Tried a number of things and solicited input, but nothing seems to keep this going.
Still pressing forward towards the mark with God's help! God is good.
Keep it moving!!!
