I am just wrapping up Insanity and thinking of going back to Billy Blanks' Boot Camp DVDs. I have never used the calendar before and am thinking that this would be the way to go after coming from a very structured 60 day program like Isanity.
Anyone use it and find success? I will be an active participant again in about 1 1/2 weeks.
Going to be at my goal weight before the holidays! Going to surprise the family.
Ending: GW 110
Goal: 119 by vacation 7/29/2012 . Actual: 123 but got bikini ready! Only 4 above goal. Returned from vacation with 2 extra pounds.
Goal: 123 by birthday 08/22. Actual: 123.5!
Goal: 118 by son's birthday 09/10. - Slacked so much and still at 123.5ish (haven't officially weight in yet)
