I decided to buy one of his videos to change up a bit from Jillian Michaels and Kettleworx. After reading reviews on amazon I bought taebo ripped extreme. Did the tutorial, then had a crack at the workout, but the footwork and punches were so fast and complicated I just couldn't keep up. I find his approach quite motivating, but think I may have chosen the wrong DVD! Where would be a good place to start?
