Just did the 55 minute aerobic workout. It's my rest day from Insanity but it's the weekend which means a lot of overeating.

Loved the workout and now I need some water!

Hello all, I just completed T-3 Ignite, it maybe 22 minutes long but it still kicked my butt. I am in week 1 of T-3, boy can my abs feel it, I almost took today off but pushed through it. I've done this one for the last 3 days... I am not quite up to speed but at least I am moving & learning form! I love Taebo!!!

Ended up only doing 2 PT24/7 workouts last week. Last night I started back up. It was hard and was looking like, yeah right you expect me to do that. SMH..I have a long way to go. I did finish. I picked up where I had left off from last week. I can feel the difference in my body, and am looking forward to my measurements on Friday.

Today is day 3 for me. I usually do my PT24 workout at 7 in the evening, so I can take a hot epsom bath and go to sleep. I woke up the 1st night in pain. My abs hurt so bad I had to put a heating pad on.
I have been working it ever sine. No other workout has ever affected me like that. So I am following the calendar and tomorrow will be my rest day.

ELITE BOOTCAMP IS 45MIN. THE BOOTCAMP ABS ELITE IS 30 MIN. THE WHOLE TIME I HAVE BEEN LOOSING I HAVE BEEN DOING TAEBO! SO HE GETS THE JOB DONE. I THINK ITS STRENGTH AND CARDIO BECAUSE HE HAS YOU DOING ALOT OF STREGTH MOVES. BUT I LIKE IT. BUT I TELL YOU THIS BOOTCAMP ONE IS THE HARDEST TAEBO THAT I HAVE DONE SO ITS A GOOD CHALLENGE.

Awesome!!! I don't have the Elite one...just the Billy's Ultimate Bootcamp, and the Basic one. But my mom has the Elite ones. I plan on borrowing them off her soon.

how long are the elite workouts? My bootcamps are 55minutes.

Woo hoo!! Day one rocked last night. I did Billy's Ultimate Bootcamp. What a fantastic workout. I haven't done that dvd in months. I was pushing hard and really working it. As a result...my abs are sore todaay. Hooray! I love that feeling.

What Tae Bo workout did you do? Thinking perhaps an Amped workout tonight. Woo hoo!
