Been awile! I found Billy again...anything Billy and the scale has finally started to move. After a year of nothing loosing three pounds in two weeks is awesome.
And what did I do...Anything Billy. Yeppers. I decided to do any Tae Bo workout...no set schedule. I just come home from work and look at my collection and decide what to do.
So I thought I would see who wants to do an 'Anything Billy' team challenge to help us get through the holidays.
Each day post what Billy workout you did. Get in at least 3 -5 a week and kiss that holiday weight gain good bye.
