I have a bad sinus cold this week, and as a result I have been doing lower intensity workouts, like the stationary bike, just so my head isn't shaking around.
What do any of you do when you are sick? Where do you draw the line and say today is a complete rest day, and when do you feel it's better to workout or 'sweat' out your cold?
