What's everyone's favorite Billy Blanks dvd of all time?

Mine would be the Tae Bo Ripped! I love it. It's tough and I always feel I got an excellent workout from it.

I have his Basic Training Bootcamp and Elite Bootcamp. I have only managed to complete the Basic training workout one time all the way through. I think it is more a mental thing with me than a physical block. I mean I can to any Walk Away the Pounds workouts involving "boosted walking", etc., so I can do this I am just a wimp.

i actually do have the bootcamp elite DVDs and know exactly what you mean. Have you noticed most of the time when he does explain a move or give a "make sure you're doing this, not that" it's after you've already done one side and switched? lol. oh billy. I suppose no one's perfect and hey, the bootcamp helped get rid of my saddlebags and j-lo booty!

Oh, well try the bootcamp ones. He explains too much I think. He has us doing a set of ab work for example "just one more" and then hes explaining his moves and by that time we've done much more and are wanting to reach through the tv and smack him. emoticon

Go to the library and check it out...thats where I did. The bands are great though and if you don't have them you can use weights.

Going to be at my goal weight before the holidays! Going to surprise the family.

Since I have a varying work schedule I also have a varying workout schedule. I don't really notice much of a difference whether I do them in the morning or mid-afternoon, but I know I rarely have the energy to workout regardless after work.

I also now have Billy's Fat Blasting Cardio (or Butt kicking cardio!!! ;-)) and just got Billy's favourite moves which is a very interesting combo of tae bo, the bootcamp moves, and some dance. I've only done it twice but think i'll like it once i figure out all the moves. That's probably my only criticism of his is that he doesn't always explain out a move before jumping in. Oh well, just gotta try it till I get it right?

Billy Blanks is awesome. I own the complete set of his Bootcamp Elite work out and lost 13lbs in three weeks following his work out callender. That was back in January. I recently ordered a set of his Taebo Amped and is waiting for it to be delivered , will let you know how it works out.

I am a Billy Blanksaholic.

I don't know what is more effective, but I can only do them in the p.m. because I am so exhausted afterwards. Ha.

Anyone else?

I really like the resistance bands that are incorporated into his workouts. I owned the first generation of his orginal Tae Bo workouts and find that the bootcamp ones are definitely higher intensity.

Is it more effective to do them in the morning though or at night?

I have the BootCamp Elite DVDs, and have worked my way up to Mission 2 now though Mission three (Abs) is near impossible. definitely need to work on my core. I really like the variety and progress the billy bands provide.
