Since I have a varying work schedule I also have a varying workout schedule. I don't really notice much of a difference whether I do them in the morning or mid-afternoon, but I know I rarely have the energy to workout regardless after work.
I also now have Billy's Fat Blasting Cardio (or Butt kicking cardio!!! ;-)) and just got Billy's favourite moves which is a very interesting combo of tae bo, the bootcamp moves, and some dance. I've only done it twice but think i'll like it once i figure out all the moves. That's probably my only criticism of his is that he doesn't always explain out a move before jumping in. Oh well, just gotta try it till I get it right?
