Peering over a slippery slope here! I'm at 1300 calories and done with dinner. SHOULD stop, no need to go looking for more food. But I'm still hungry!! Maybe if I admit my meals for the day....

Bfast: 2 egg muffins w/bacon cheese & spinach
1slice low 40 cal bread

Lunch: turkey, spinach & avocado in a low carb wrap. Lite mayo.

Snack: magic pop with 1 tbsp cream cheese, pork rinds

Dinner: chicken breast, avocado & magic pop.

See??? Plenty!!!

Posting this is REALLY helping!! I make better choices when I know I'm going to publish my meals. Today:
Bfast: egg muffin and coffee
snack: 150 cal of sunflower seeds
Lunch: 2 tbsp of avocado on a spinach salad with low carb seeded crackers; vegetable soup with chicken breast and cauliflower 'rice.
Plans for rest of day:
snack will be a light minute muffin
dinner should be turkey burger lettuce wrap with swiss cheese.
snack #3 (yes! I know!): Magic pop with 1 tbsp whipped cream cheese/splenda.
That has me around 1,300 calories on the day so I might forget about that muffin snack.

Sunflower seeds

1/2 Chicken skinless
Shirataki noodles with Alfredo

Magic pop with 1tbsp cream cheese

15 min of cardio before work...weak.

Ready for a swift kick in the swimsuit bottoms?? I am!! Please post what you ate today (or plan to eat) and what exercise you did or plan to do.

This is going to help me a lot. Several of us have fallen off the wagon lately. Some of us with tracking food, some of us with exercise, and some of us with Sparkpeople all together. So here is a way to get us all CLOSER TO GOAL.

With summer right around the corner: I could use the extra motivation of knowing that anyone and everyone can see what steps I'm actually taking to reach my goals. Mine is below. Happy Sparking!!

BFast: Coffee with no creamer only (forgot breakfast on the counter!)

Lunch: Spinach with Turkey lunchmeat, cucumber and Ranch Spritzer dressing, 8 seed crackers, 1/5 Avocado, Egg muffins (passed by my house at lunch)

Dinner: Planning on having Vegetable soup with Fried Chicken (skin removed) and some Magic Pop or light bread.

Snack: One-Minute flax muffin with Laughing cow cheese

Burned an extra 400 calories in Step/Boot Camp this morning!!

I should end up around 1,200 calories/25 carbs today. I am being VERY good because I knew I was going to post this!

You should try it!!!
