As for me, this month I really do plan to get "Closer to Goal!" I was getting there in January and then it seems that a series of experiements have stalled my weightloss and even maybe put back on a pound or two. I'm still working at it and trying to figure out what works for me. I have decided that I like Low Carb but only if I can Carb Cycle. That affords me a couple of carb days a week. And they are AWESOME! Now I just need to get calories under control! So if I'm reflecting... it has been a good 2011 so far. I'm happy that I can eat all my favorite foods and just trying to figure out how to cycle them!
I hope all of you are still here with me. I know a lot of us are active on other Sparkteams...especially when we feel like we might not be THAT much "Closer to Goal." But lets celebrate or accomplishments. Have you made any progress this year? Learned anything new (or re-learned anything)? Just the fact that you are reading this post... that is a positive thing you are doing for your health. You are actively taking an interest in your health. That is not something I was always able to say! So Happy March! Please post anything you want to tell us about what you are doing lately and how it is working for you.
