Thanks. I have been tracking on the Nutrition Tracker. Let's see if this helps.

I think my journaling of food is what helps me stay on track most. I believe it is my number one weight loss tool (that and exercise). :)

I took a break from logging the food. It took so much time, but I have gone a long time without losing any weight!I feel stuck! So I am going back to the food logging and my new book and see if I can lose this last bit. I think everyone has to do what is right for them.

MARIPOSAGALAXIA - CONGRATUALATIONS!!!!

WORKINGNOME - Maybe you are like me and a specific weight goal isn't reasonable. I set a 5 lb range goal. I reached that a few months ago and am now comfortably in the middle of that range and holding. I know that I will fluctuate and that's ok, I'm not obsessing about it but am still watching what I eat and exercising.

Congratulations on reaching your goal! That's fantastic!

I've sort of been on a long-term break. Not from healthy living but from trying to lose. I've been focusing on my running and trying to eat healthy without tracking things. The tracking is just not something I want to be doing for the rest of my life: besides I think it makes me a little more than an acceptable level of neurotic.

I'm feeling really good about my body, though. Yeah, I'd still like to lose that last five, but if it never happens, such is life. I know that's probably the sort of attitude that will mean I'll never lose them, but oh well.

Thanks for asking. I am at 131 and am trying to get to 127. I have been here forever and am also trying to revamp my summer exercising and eating habits. Sometimes I think I just exercise so I can eat. I am reading a book called "Normal Eating." I like it because it is not just about eating, but teaches me about balance and change. I am hopeful. Congratulations on reaching your goal. I cannot wait until I can put up that sign on my post!

So I've noticed its been a little slow around here lately, and I was wondering, how is everybody doing with their goals?

I finally got down to my goal weight and have been working on maintaining there, despite finals and vacation and an increase in parties.

For now, I am working on revamping my exercising for the summer months.

Where are you in all this?
