Well everybody, it's May! Its time to do some Spring Cleaning, and to examine where you are and where you want to be.
I have had a lot going on in other areas of my life, and the weight loss has had to go on the back burner. But now my sanity has returned and Im reinvigorated, ready to get back to this goal in my life.
So for me, May is about eating right. Right now, that means eating 1200-1400 a day, and avoiding desserts. This also means adding vegetables and fruits back into my diet, and eating more snacks than going hungry less.
so it's May and its time to get back to where I once belonged.
