From what I have read a lot of us are feeling that same way. My husband says it is the change in the weather. I have been going steady since last June and the last week in April I just couldn't get out of bed in the morning to workout. My husband said I probably just needed a break. I am back exercising now, but like you I have been doing less than normal. I am hoping it is just a phase.

good for you Cathy! There are two major obstacles Ive faced thus far this month. 1: poor planning in terms of making sure i have good food around. 2. Ive been too exhausted to exercise much. I feel tired and its all I can to do to get in 30 minutes a day. I used to do an hour, but I really don't want to overdo it, I'm so busy with other areas of my life, I cant be exhausted all the time.

I am doing well with all of my goals except the eating. I am really going to focus on it and what is behind it this month!

sounds like you girls are doing great!
My goal for may is to finish off the weight loss as well!!! I have wanted that bikini for so long! Ive finally gotten my eating back on track- lets hope I can do the same with the exercise!
I'm fortunate in that Ive been able to maintain in the last few months, even though I haven't lost anymore. Still feeling good and really to ready to get back to it!

It is great to begin again and have a fresh start! It sounds like you have some very dynamic goals and the right attitude to accomplish them! Thanks for sharing it has been inspiring to me! I just have a graduation, not a wedding! It helps me put things in perspective!

Hi Everyone, May is a great time to look at where I've been and where I am going.... Happy to say that I am back on track, tracking food, exercising consistently and I want to make May my success month, I want to reach my final goal and with only 2.8 left to go I think I can do this. My final wedding dress fitting is on May 31st so thats great extra motivation!

My May goal is to run five days a week, strength train three times and work at weekly calorie balancing, with the wedding getting closer and the insanity increasing I will be more than happy if I keep this all up :)

Good to have you back! I am also reevaluating in May! It is a busy month, but I am not going to forget about my Spark Healthy Lifestyle goals and doing things for me!

Yes my May goal is to get into the shape was into last summer! I am on a trip to Nashville this weekend, so after that I will start counting my calories. My goal is to stay in between 1200-1400 per day and start going to the gym more consistantly. If I can lose 3 pounds by memorial day I will be a happy camper!

Well everybody, it's May! Its time to do some Spring Cleaning, and to examine where you are and where you want to be.

I have had a lot going on in other areas of my life, and the weight loss has had to go on the back burner. But now my sanity has returned and Im reinvigorated, ready to get back to this goal in my life.

So for me, May is about eating right. Right now, that means eating 1200-1400 a day, and avoiding desserts. This also means adding vegetables and fruits back into my diet, and eating more snacks than going hungry less.

so it's May and its time to get back to where I once belonged.

What about you? where are you and where do you want to be? Maybe you are right on target with your progress. Maybe you ready to redefine your goal. Take some time this month to look at where you're going. Is it where you want to go?
