I'm on day 2 of a PiYo/TurboFire hybrid. I have been off the horse for a while and have serious fat to shred. Figured Turbo Fire would be great for torching that fat, while PiYo helps with my strength and flexibility! MAN. I forgot how intense TF was! Man I missed it! Just gotta get back into the flow of the moves. Totally different animal compared to Combat!

I missed a couple of days with checking in -

Thursday: T25: Alpha - Total Body Circuit & Cardio

Saturday: T25: Alpha - Total Body Circuit & 40 minutes on the treadmill

Today: T25: Alpha - Lower Focus & Piyo: Sweat

As of today I have completed the Alpha phase of T25! I'm so excited, the first time I tried to do T25 I didn't even make it though 1 week!
