OK, I added a goal to meditate 3x per week that is tracked by checking off the days. For some reason Spark wanted to write everything out twice so that's why the zeros are there, so that it doesn't say "Meditate 3 times 3 times per week."
I think journaling might be another good idea -- it is the holy grail of learning about oneself, right?
