OK, I added a goal to meditate 3x per week that is tracked by checking off the days. For some reason Spark wanted to write everything out twice so that's why the zeros are there, so that it doesn't say "Meditate 3 times 3 times per week."

I think journaling might be another good idea -- it is the holy grail of learning about oneself, right?

Ten out of ten people die, so don't take life too seriously.

Having some mental health goals would be a great idea. We could do challenges to try and reduce stress or a daily meditation challenge.

What are you looking to get out of this team? What goals would you like to see on ever? Since this is a psych group, perhaps we want to add in some mental health goals.
