I haven't been actively trying to lose weight for quite a while so I would like to see if anyone else is also "maintaining." While losing weight, I was super active with logging calories, which I haven't done in years so my focus is very different. What do other "maintainers" do on a daily basis to keep the weight off and stay fit?
