hey everyone, its the new year, which means its time to set some goals for ourselves like we do every year! this year i plan to set a SMART goal for myself each month. a smart goal is Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Timely. try setting a goal like i will drink 8 glasses of water everyday, or i will go to bed at a good time so that i can get 8 hours of sleep, by setting a goal for yourself you are able to work harder for something! to track your goals you can have a calendar and put a star on each day that you do it, and if u miss one or two days that fine, keep going, because we all make mistakes!! try setting a SMART goal for yourself and see how much you improve :D
