I drink water or gatorade and eat fruit instead of chips. I've even packed a small lunch for in between classes. I try to take the stairs instead of the elevator(unless i'm running late). These things helped me anyway, maybe they'll help someone else also :)
We are our own worst critics, our biggest enemies. Let's show ourselves that we can do anything, even when we are at our lowest point.
