I drink water or gatorade and eat fruit instead of chips. I've even packed a small lunch for in between classes. I try to take the stairs instead of the elevator(unless i'm running late). These things helped me anyway, maybe they'll help someone else also :)

We are our own worst critics, our biggest enemies. Let's show ourselves that we can do anything, even when we are at our lowest point.

Hi Everyone!

I know that most of you are probably getting ready to start studying for midterms so don't forget to plan some healthy study snacks like celery or grapes. It will help your mind stay focused and your energy level from declining. Share what snacks you will be eating this semester to help boost your motivation to study and empower your mind!

Good Luck!

Kayla
