its all about me day

Everybody tells me that they would love to knit, but they don't have time. I look at people's lives and I can see opportunity and time for knitting all over the place. The time spent riding the bus each day? That's a pair of socks over a month. Waiting in line? Mittens. Watching TV? A lot are done by business's such as Hallmark and general interest groups and have nothing to do with congress

The responsible people for naming all these "national holidays" are our senators and reps, so I'll say we could have a "National Waste of Money in Congress Day" so they can take advantage and only use that day to waste our tax payer's money in what they normally do all year long...

There are some pretty outrageous holidays on the calendar. From "National Donut Day" to "National Flip a Coin Day", it seems like we'll find any excuse to celebrate! If you could declare a national holiday, what would it be?
