OK, not being alowed to ride my bike for the past 6 weeks has taken it's toll. And I did not do well enough on watching my calories. And taking trips every other week hasn't helped either. So I have shamefully gained 5 pounds. Now that I am allowed to ride again, it is too blamed hot for me (I don't ride if it is in the 90's). So, now I am using my trainer and my kayak and my goals for the summer are:
1) to lose my 5 pounds 2) finish the forest service quilt and wall hanging 3) increase my walking to at least 1.5 miles daily
One Day at a Time: 1) walk/ride 30 minutes 2) learn something new 3) no chocolate 4) sew 1 bobbin full 5) do a good deed
Feb 2016 goals: 1) Lose 3 pounds 2) No chocolate 3) Ride 150 miles 4) Strength train 3 days a week 5) Finish 1 UFO
