Well, I did not do well in May. I have had some breathing problems and the doctor took me off my bike and limited my exercise till they finish tests. That won't be till the middle of June, so not much riding in June either. Perhaps that will help me do more sewing, but it will require some strict diet control. For June I will:
1) Keep my nutrition below 1100 calories a day 2) Walk at least 1 mile daily 3) Get another quilt in the frame and hopefully quilted 4) Finish sewing the blocks for the Forest Service quilt
One Day at a Time: 1) log nutrition daily 2) exercise 30 minutes daily 3) 15 minute purge daily 4) sew 1 bobbin full every day 5) do a good deed daily
January resolutions: 1) lose 4 pounds 2) record all my nutrition 3) exercise 30 minutes a day 4) complete 1 UFO (1) _______
