We were on a bike ride most of the last week and didn't have internet, so here are my final numbers.
34.5 + 42.5 + 44 + 32 on the ride for a total of 153
so for the month:
153 / 309.5 / 109.5 miles over my goal !!!!!!

As far as the Team milage goal, during the winter we do not even come close to reaching the goal. However, when the nice weather breaks, we either make it or come pretty close to making it.

Quick question - do we track that team goal here on the team page? Go to the bottom, click on it and add our mileage? I was wondering if there was a way to get my "team" goal added to my goals on my Spark home page? Any idea?

One Day at a Time:
1) 10,000 steps daily
2) fruit & vegie at every meal and log
3) aerobic or strength train every day
4) 7 hours sleep daily
5) check in with SP daily

August 2014 goals:
1) Get my nutrition back under control and record daily
2) Finish the forest service quilt and wall hanging
3) Ride my bike 25 miles a week
4) Clean and de-clutter one room each week

10,000 miles has been the team's monthly goal. -- We have NOT been meeting this.

Should it be changed to 5000 miles?
