Still off the road bike until at least May 19 when I hope to get off the anti-coagulant...but will be spinning away the days and also shifting to jogging in prep for my one & only 5K of the year early May.

Well I blew it in March. Starting off fresh in April

1. 300 miles
2. Weigh 240 lbs or less by the end of the month.

1) Clean bikes
2) Get on bike and ride!!!
3) Fun before mileage!

3. Complete a Cat 3 climb.

Well, I did pretty well in March, except for the bike riding. Hopefully it is finally gonna warm up and I can get more miles in. Here are resolutions for April:

Apr 2014 goals:
1) lose 4 pounds
2) ride 200 miles
3) clean and plant flowerbeds
4) complete 2 quilt UFOs

1) walk/ride 30 minutes
2) organize something in my home
3) fruit or veggie with each meal
4) sew 1 bobbin full
5) do a good deed

February goals:
1) Organize/improve something in my home daily
2) Eat a fresh vegetable daily
3) Learn something new
