Keep at it! Me, myself, & I promised each other we would bicycle every day this month, and all of us are strongly committed to it. 17 days, 17 rides. Life allows some longer rides, but other days I don't get to ride until after dark. I'm holding to it, no matter what. So - even on your busy days, grab your bike and pedal up & down the street or around the block. It's ALL good!

My how time flies, here it is August already. I didn't track my food like I wanted for July, but I did keep a log. For August I must start tracking better. The grands will be back in school soon so I can get back on the bike. Gotta get them to riding with me even if it is short ones. DD and I have been working on sorting boys toys/clothes, and cleaning out closets and storage houses getting ready for a yard sale. Gotta finish that, too.
Resolutions for August: 1) actually log foods 2) exercise every day 3) have the yard sale and get the stuff out of the house
One Day at a Time: 1) log nutrition daily 2) exercise 30 minutes daily 3) 15 minute purge daily 4) sew 1 bobbin full every day 5) do a good deed daily
October Resolutions: 1) Lose 4 pounds 2) Finish 2 UFOs 3) Eat 25 gm fiber daily 4) Exercise 30 minutes 5 days a week
