My SparkPage
Keep at it! Me, myself, & I promised each other we would bicycle every day this month, and all of us are strongly committed to it. 17 days, 17 rides. Life allows some longer rides, but other days I don't get to ride until after dark. I'm holding to it, no matter what.
So - even on your busy days, grab your bike and pedal up & down the street or around the block. It's ALL good!

Because I'm training for a triathlon, I'm going to have to cut back on cycling to make time for running and swimming. This saddens me. emoticon

My goals are:
+ Walk/run 3 days a week
+ Walk at lunch everyday but Thursday (excepting days when it's really windy or rainy)
+ Crunches three days a week
+ Swim in the river at least twice this month

My how time flies, here it is August already. I didn't track my food like I wanted for July, but I did keep a log. For August I must start tracking better. The grands will be back in school soon so I can get back on the bike. Gotta get them to riding with me even if it is short ones. DD and I have been working on sorting boys toys/clothes, and cleaning out closets and storage houses getting ready for a yard sale. Gotta finish that, too.

Resolutions for August:
1) actually log foods
2) exercise every day
3) have the yard sale and get the stuff out of the house


One Day at a Time:
1) walk/ride 30 minutes
2) organize something
3) 3 fruits/veges daily
4) sew 1 bobbin full
5) do a good deed

October goals:

1) ride 100 miles and walk 5 miles/week
2) record all food stay within dietary recommendations (not just calories)
3) finish 2 UFOs

 Pounds lost: 22.0
