Here I am, a week late with this, but life gets busy sometimes. I really really must get back on track. These family things gotta get under control and I must get my diet back where it should be. Gotta, gotta, gotta!
One Day at a Time: 1) walk/ride 30 minutes 2) organize something 3) 3 fruits/veges daily 4) sew 1 bobbin full 5) do a good deed
1) ride 100 miles and walk 5 miles/week 2) record all food stay within dietary recommendations (not just calories) 3) finish 2 UFOs
