Try Performancebike.com, or biketires.com , or biketiresdirect.com

It is obvious that we cannot use the same thinking to solve a problem that we have been using to cause it.

Speaking of tires...I need new ones. What websites have any of you had good luck with? I know they are cheaper on line. I need reliable tires because I do not carry a lifeline (cell phone) with me. I change my own tires, reluctantly :)

I have a lot of friends who use a different wheel for their trainer. I have a rim trainer, so I don't have to worry about wear on the tire.

I'm totally with SEINSCHATZ.
Replace it.
AND...
I bought a trainer wheel for this winter. I bought the wheel used for cheap on eBay and slapped a trainer specific tire on it, which works great. Just an idea for ya. :-)

I take my bike in every spring for a tune-up and they always replace the back tire. I think it's better to be safe than sorry.

All of the winter trainer miles have left a nice stripe on my back tire. Does that mean I need to replace the tire or is it ok? Anybody know?
