We were in Seattle last week and there are bikes everywhere. All the buses have racks on the front for bikes. So wish the south would come around.

One Day at a Time:
1) 10,000 steps daily
2) fruit & vegie at every meal
3) aerobic or strength train every day
4) 7 hours sleep daily
5) check in with SP daily

___Mar 2014 goals:
1) lose 4 pounds
2) ride 200 miles
3) clean/organize one room and closet weekly
4) complete 1 UFO

They've recently outfitted our public buses with racks so that cyclists can "rack and ride" and have multimodal options for commuting, getting around, etc.

Pain is weakness leaving the body.

How do you eat an elephant?

I will not fail.

Oh, I wish public transportation was available here. I could bike to the stop and not have to drive near as much.
