1) Track all foods and stay in nutrition range
2) Exercise 30 minutes daily and track
3) Work in sewing room daily
4) Declutter one closet/cabinet or repair something around the house
5) Call or e-mail one out of town family member daily

The cycling team is a large team, so I thought it might be interesting to post links to blogs/members who perhaps say something that "speaks" to you. If you feel so inclined, feel free to stop by and say a positive word, too. Or post a member blog/page that speaks to you, that you feel like sharing, etc. I always find it beneficial/motivational to see what others are doing.
