RAGBRAI has been both my most inexpensive and most expensive vacation. (It all depends on how you'll work it.) All of them have been fantastic vacations, though, and we've developed a love of cycling in some family members, too!

It's time to decide what out of state ride I do this year. Two years ago I did RAGBRAI and had a blast. I was scheduled to do it last year, but had to cancel due to family visits. This year the Cuchi-Cuchi said, "Go For It". So, I'm gonna do it. For those of you not familiar with RAGBRAI (Register's Annual Great Bike Ride Across Iowa), it's a seven-day ride from one end of Iowa to the other. This year the rides go from a low of 48 miles to a high of 83 miles, with an optional 100 miles on one day. Can we get some takers? I'll be with the Pork Bellies. They're a super provider that makes the logistics of RAGBRAI that much easier. Google it for more information. Would love to see a group of Sparkers do this ride. HOOAAA!!
