I'm riding the stationary bike at least 3 times a week for up to an hour. I'm trying different "routes" to mix up the challenge. I hope to get outside every once in a while if the weather cooperates but not counting on it.

Water Up! Just let me know Bev, and I'll be bike ready. You have to love the deep south in the winter. I think we'll get in the 60's. I'll be on Lake loop/ Cogs..before the rain gets me or a hunter.

Sara, you can tell which days we have been off, too. I have the bike in the trainer and that will have to do for now. Perhaps Thurs we can get a ride in.

On a brighter note, our lake is back!

4) sew 1 bobbin full
5) do a good deed

July 2016 goals:

2) strength train 3 days/week
3) no-meat meal daily

Due to rain @ 42 degrees one day, dry for the next day or two and temperature creeps back up to upper 40's-60's, then the rain pattern starts all over again, I will grab my mountain bike and head for the hills. Today, overcast, but another good day to get in a short exhilarating ride. I admit, it's not the road bike ride, but it helps with hill climbs later on the road and works me out better. I like the quiet of the woods, no dogs chasing me, or vehicles either. I'm not fast and pace myself. Stretches and in house base exercises, afterward to keep me limber. Those are a must to feel better the next day. Mountain biking usually curbs my appetite, road biking makes me hungrier. I still can't figure that one out!

I'm doing Spinning class 2-3 times week, cx ski when I can. Elliptical, stationary bike when not spinning and upper body ST 3 x week.
