Nutrition is working! I've worked lots of extra days, but have kept on my nutrition and am down 1 pound. If it ever stops raining I can get on the bike instead of the trainer and get even better results.

1) 10,000 steps daily
2) fruit & vegie at every meal
3) aerobic or strength train every day
4) 7 hours sleep daily
5) check in with SP daily


June 2014 goals:
1) lose 4 pounds
2) finish walk way
3) finish blocks for Forest Service quilt
4) scan old photos

Similar to KA_JUN. My goal is to be more consistent with weight training and mix up my weight lifting routine a little in the process.

Nutrition it is. I have an appointment with a dietitian this week. We will probably do a BMI and RMR. I tend to work better with hard numbers, so hopefully this helps.

Being consistent. Specifically with strength training, sleep, portion control.

Pain is weakness leaving the body.

Don, after Christmas I cut down my flour/sugar carbs, too. After only 8 days I already feel so much better. Just gotta keep it up.

Here we are again at the start of a New Year. Once again I will be starting our monthly resolution thread. Remember, it takes 21 days to form a habit. We will be working on one resolution a month instead of a bunch of big ones for the year.

For January I will be getting my nutrition back on track. Seems like I start with this one every year.

Lets get started, I'll be checking on you.
