I don't ride bmx or do pump tracks, but the reference below talks a lot about skills regarding how to handle tabletops, doubles, etc. I've found it useful for XC riding, it might be of use in bmx, as well.
Pain is weakness leaving the body.
How do you eat an elephant?
I will not fail.
Sorry... I only ride mountain bikes or road bikes.
“The only way to keep your health is to eat what you don't want, drink what you don't like, and do what you'd rather not.”
I just picked up some spd two-sided pedals from a father of a BMX cyclist. They invited me to come out and ride with them and the other women. There are even some grannies, like me, who ride BMX.
Do any of you have experience with BMX? What do I need to know? Any advice is appreciated.
Do not look where you fell, but where you slipped.
