I looked at the 1st one. I like the filming but the content is poor.
Saddle is not 1st! If you pick a saddle and then get a bike fit only to find that you have the wrong saddle.
Fit and form is 1st and in that process a saddle is picked to discover a match for your riding style and anatomy.
Gearing! That comes with when you buy the bike. What is the largest gear you can push and what do you need to climb your steepest grade. Most bikes today have a compact with enough range in the gearing. Triples give more range if you are touring or need it.
I rate the the video quality great. Content is out of order and a problem for me personally.
