Beverly, I have been just like that. No heart in it. So, goal for me, is re-focus and get my heart into it. Cycle when I can (I'd love to even do the 4 miles from your house to the end of the road and back- so e-mail me- when as it is more fun together). The eat part is out of control. So I need to think through, write down, keep with in my limits! And sewing, yes...I should do a quilt! Aprons for now, need to get done. Okay, Goals: exercise more: bike/hike...less calories...little to no sugar, lots of water, lose 10 lbs. by September 30!

Well, I have done very badly lately. I just don't seem to have my heart in it. But we have a trail ride next month, so I MUST get ready. I also have 5 more quilts to finish before Oct 20th, so I better get going. No time for eating. My goals for Sept:
Ride at least 4 miles every non-work day Sew 2 hours every day.
I'm tired already.
One Day at a Time: 1) log nutrition daily 2) exercise 30 minutes daily 3) 15 minute purge daily 4) sew 1 bobbin full every day 5) do a good deed daily
April resolutions: 1) lose 4 pounds 2) finish 1 UFO 3) clean my sewing room 4) ride 200 miles
