If anyone would be interested in something like this, check these out:
www.custom-cycling-wear.com/
www.eclipsecycling.com/ - VERY cheap (am I paranoid to wonder about quality at this price?)

There are plenty of hits when Googling "custom cycling jersey no minimum" and I'm sure more than one SP'er knows someone who might be able to provide more certainty, on such an endeavor, than the promising sales' pitches that litter the web.

Any takers?

So long as it keeps you safe, it's whatever you want it to be, Buddy.

I priced custom jersey's about 2 years ago. Broken down on a per-unit basis, it really wasn't too bad. I believe it was something like $50 per jersey and they were Primals (if memory serves).

If enough interest is garnered, I'd definitely be on-board with designing something.

Love your jersey idea! Hey, maybe I can fake 'em out with my Light & Motion vis 360 perched on my helmet...it's really a camera, right? :-)

Hey, Don. Another great article\link (as usual!).

As you well know, I ride with my helmet cam a good 90-95% of the time...the things I've seen. I wholeheartedly believe it's a deterrent and would give any antagonistic motorists cause for reconsidering unwise actions - but only if they're aware they're being videoed. And even if it is not enough, it's definitely something one can take to court to show they (the cyclist) were not at fault or ''inviting'' said accident\incident to occur by riding recklessly or irresponsibly.

I would love to find a jersey with a big smiley face that reads, ''SMILE! YOU'RE ON CAMERA!'' In fact, I'd probably get three or four. Perhaps I should design my own. It's quite a bit cheaper if you do it in numbers of 10 or more. Anyone else interested in collaborated and investing? I have to admit, I'm quite handy with PhotoShop. emoticon

The Case for Helmet Cams, Driver Education

www.roadbikerider.com/top

Angry, Distracted Motorists Common
Its a fact of life that on American roads you get punked, cut off purposely, harassed, not once but on a regular basis, said Bob Mionske in the NYT article. Mionske is a former Olympic cyclist and lawyer who represents cyclists in Portland, Oregon. If motorists start to hear about bikes having cameras, theyre going to think twice about running you off the road.
