Love the stretches. We always did some Yoga stretches after spin class. What a great way to end a work out.

Yoga has done so much to loosen my hips and help to stretch after a long ride. I hadn't though of Eagle Arms pose though. I'll try that this weekend. Thankfully where I park isn't very crowded so I don't have people thinking I'm strange for doing yoga in the parking lot.

Those are great stretches for post bike workout. I always find that the tension in my neck is hard to get rid of and some of those moves have helped already. Great link. Yoga is also fantastic for opening those tight biker hips. Pigeon pose, triangle and cobbler can really help. I'll look for pictures to post.
