Welcome and good luck on meeting your goals. Sounds like you are well on your way. Your post reminds me why I stick to road biking even when I hear what fun my friends are having on their mountain bikes.

One Day at a Time:
1) 10,000 steps daily
2) fruit & vegie at every meal and log
3) aerobic or strength train every day
4) 7 hours sleep daily
5) check in with SP daily

My resolutions for Nov are
1) track nutrition daily
2) 30 min of exercise daily
3) finish cleaning sewing room

New here and trying to get from a high of 225 pounds earlier in the year down to 175. About 215ish now.

Coming 8 weeks tomorrow off a broken ankle (fibula)...mountain biking crash--was lame I might add. Was plenty recovered at week 6 and have been hitting the stationary hard.

Today's ride was "Ride to the top of Mt Lemon's with Coach Troy" DVD. I couldn't maintain that mean cadence or quite as hard a gearing as him either but it was a great workout.
