Other than the usual riding, I'm taking the bike when we go to the beach next week. I did it last year too and enjoyed it. The roads are much flatter, but it's also hotter. It should be a nice change of scenery at least.

I want to get outside 5 to 6 days a week and ride at least 4 of those. I am averaging 10-15 mile rides right now, and I am feeling great. I am seeing a difference in my clothing already and my endurance.
It comes down to a simple question: What do you want out of life, and What are you willing to do to get it?
Oh yes! I will be paddling and/or peddling on every day it is not raining! If it does rain, I will walk with umbrella. I also created a new herb garden to spend time doing a different kind of exercise.

I've been getting outside to ride nearly everyday :) I take one day a week off. I ride for 1-1.5 hours a day 10-20 miles. Mostly around 10-14 a day. I want to get my mileage average per week up this month.

Another month has just flown by, hard to believe. Time for us to all get outside and enjoy some sunshine. My resolution for June is to spend at least 30 minutes exercising outside every day. Gotta remember to get more water daily, too.
