"Rather train yourself for godliness; for while bodily training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way, as it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come" (1Timothy4:7-8)
"Jesus answered, 'The most important [commandment] is, 'Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength'" (Mark 12:29-30).
I've been doing Breathe Play for a long time. Another good one is the PowerLung. They aren't cheap and if you and not careful will tear your body apart. Go easy with them.
I do 100's with the Power Lung. I set is it med on the inhale and exhale. I use it often training indoors. Get on your trainer, put a few thick books under the front wheel and do one minute climbs out of the saddle with the PowerLung in your teeth. Your entire core will scream at you.
Benefit, go on a club ride and you will fly up the hills and recover quicker Ok, now push someone that is slower up the hill. Good workout.
Even the Navy Seals use these. http://www.powerlung.com/region/us/product s/sports-fitness/
