Slow and steady wins the race! What a super thing to share together!

Pay attention to your body and back off when it's hurting too much. If we're "listening" our bodies will tell us loud & clear!

That first ride of the year is always the hardest. Hope you recover quickly and enjoy the rest of the year.

Since you are recovering right now, ride easy. As you heal up you will be able to push it.

Way to go! I just started getting back out this week too (and back on here) after not getting on the bike for a long time. Loving being back out there but I forgot that those muscles even existed...

My boyfriend and I went for our first ride of the year today. It was really difficult. Since my surgery about a month ago, I haven't been very active as I am healing. We didn't ride for a huge amount of time, but it was really nice to get out. Going to continue riding and build up my endurance.
