saw your link for cycling stretches. About 3 weeks ago I couldn't go up stairs, hardly walk for pain in my hip. Since I'm 72 I'm thinking "hip replacement!" Oh No! Have had 4 acupuncture appointments hoping that would help. Dr. Remarked the problem is IT Band. Hah! Off to the computer for stretching IT band poses. Hip very much better now!! besides stretching I'm also using my rolling pin to "roll it out."
Have had an achy back for years. couple years ago was sent to PT for a knee problem. PT had me do 6 weeks of stretches. Knee problems godd AND so is achey back. Just stretch!
