Okay: Let's see if I understood your question. For tracking cycling mileage, under Team Goals, click on Join Goal. After you answer the questions and are back to the Team page, click on Track Goal. On the next screen, fill in the mileage for the different days. When finished, go back to the Team page and click on "Ride 20 Miles Per Month". You should see your name and mileage for those days on the left. On the right you should see your mileage for the month. Click on "View Full Leaderboard" and you'll see your cumulative mileage total. Your goal should be to be in the "Top 10" and maybe even whoop my beat-up butt. Good luck!!
I use a cateye cycle computer with 2 of my bikes. After I do mileage, I take in the time I did it and the average miles per hour. I log in the exercise I did using how long it took me and my average speed for road riding. For traveling through the woods, I go to the mtn.bike/bmx and put in my time. It burns so many more calories than my road rides. There are all sorts of items people use. I don't do the fancy gadgets that cost way more than I'm going to put down. I'm just interested in seeing how many calories I burn when I workout with my bike(s). Performancebikes and other bike sites have info.

Is there a milage tracker for rinners and cyclists? Something like what we have now with our goal weight tracker. Also....I add the emoticon of a cyclist with my signature. Is there someway to get a signature and the cyclist automatically at the finish of my post?
Got 23 miles in today. Wind not too bad. mid 40s but with a bit of windchill factor. Felt good to be able to get those miles in feeling strong.
