I'm at long last hitting the road for the first time this year...can't wait!
Last year I passed the 2,000 mile mark and am hoping for WAY past that this year!

12 miles of more fun cycling the trail today.
We rode this afternoon, too. It was quite windy for us, really cut our speed.
One Day at a Time:
1) 10,000 steps daily
2) fruit & vegie at every meal
3) aerobic or strength train every day
4) 7 hours sleep daily
5) check in with SP daily
June 2014 goals:
1) lose 4 pounds
2) finish walk way
3) finish blocks for Forest Service quilt
4) scan old photos
It's never too late to be what you might have been.
Had a great ride today in spite of 20/25mph winds.
you know what they say.....for every headwind there's a tailwind
For every uphill there's a down hill....
25miles with 3 friends from bike club.
Didn't ride in january...husband had open heart surgery so I didn't even thinl about getting out.
Did a couple short rides end of Februaru then this 25 miler today.
Might have a total of 65 for 2012
