I keep hearing about all these cross-state rides...beginning to suspect that there isn't ANY state which doesn't sponsor such an event! Perhaps Rhode Island doesn't bother...lol!
Don't know about Nebraska, but a bike club member once biked across America and had the fondest memories of Kansas...said the people there just bent over backwards to roll out the red carpet for cyclists as they made their way across Kansas.
