Even then my RPMs are between 120-130 on the flats, 90s on the middle and 70-80 on the max uphill.
I played with the custom feature and discovered one can REALLY crank up the resistance to a level where standing climbs "as if" one is on a spinning bike can be done. Have to start doing that more often soon!

Sorry for the confusion, I know it is hard to track miles on a bike when it is on a trainer or a spinning bike so for the challenge sake I was thinking for every 15 minutes your spinning that will equal one mile. for example I was on my bike this morning spinning it was 20 minutes so that is one mile the other day I was on 30 minutes so that is 2 miles hope that helps
I'm thinking it's more than a mile per 15 minutes. I do computraining which is similar (possibly higher intensity, but I've done both and I don't see it as that much more intense) and I put on 18 miles in an hour.
Sounds like a great challenge for winter though! :) But please explain the mile. Maybe this is what you are coming up with for the challenges sake and not a true conversion? I'd like to hop on but need to know how to post the goal. Thanks...
